Leadership agility is the ability to anticipate change and make effective decisions in complex, uncertain, and rapidly changing conditions. The 5 Ps of Product Ownership

Product development is a fickle business. Everyone wants something, but it's hard to navigate the forest through the trees. Opinions run rampant. Needs and demands seem to conflict one another. And there is always more functional expectation than there is capacity.

Agile product management has provided techniques, patterns, and mindsets that have proven useful in navigating your course through these mazes. And Anu Smalley is an experienced guide who has been helping organizations and teams be successful for years.

Anu will explore the 5 Ps of Product Ownership.

Product - Vision-setting is a critical initial focal point—beginning with the end in mind.
People - Team chartering - to build a good product we need a good team
Patron - Customers comes first
Past - We need to learn to inspect and adapt and learn from the past with an eye to the future
Passion - Product Ownership needs a passion around the first

In this session we will dive deeper into the 5 Ps that will help you become better Product Owners.
