Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)

Learn core components of the

Product Owner role, including

managing product backlogs,

creating effective user stories,

and working successfully with

a Scrum Team to drive and

sustain organizational change.

Advanced Cerified Scrum Product Owner®  (A-CSPO)

Build upon your foundational CSPO knowledge with an A-CSPO certification. This offering features progressive education in working with stakeholders, product discovery, product strategy, and advanced product backlog techniques.

 

> Prerequisite (to earn, not to take):

Hold an active CSPO certification

+ 1 year Product Owner experience

 

Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster® (CSP-SM)

Complete your journey to CSP-SM with topics including Lean thinking, advanced facilitation, and coaching techniques with team members and the organization, plus team dynamics and effectiveness.

 

> Prerequisite: Hold an active A-CSM certification

+ 2 years of Scrum Master experience

Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner® (CSP-PO)

Solidify your mastery of topics such as advanced customer research and product discovery, market-driven product strategy practices, and quick delivery of customer value.

Certified Agile Leadership II

CAL II builds on your foundation in

agile leadership by applying what

you’ve learned to real-world business

challenges. Focusing on three categories

of agile leadership — leadership in an

agile context, the agile organization,

and agile approaches to change — you

will do a deep dive into these topics with

practice applying principles in a peer

workshop.
